Old Fashioned

1. Add 2 oz bourbon, 0.25 oz simple syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice. 2. Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled. 3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
